I always give props to my fellow Southernites. As you may know, I'm a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge. I'm a very proud Jaguar! I was reminded today that Former NBA All Star Bob Love is a Southern Alum. We are proud to welcome him to Beaumont tomorrow. He will speak Monday Oct. 26 at Lamar University as part of its
Academic Lecture Series at 7:30 p.m at the University Theatre. (See posting on Sunday, Oct. 18).
