Enjoy the jazz and R&B sounds of the Brisco Lake band every Thursday night at Arthur's Place in Port Arthur from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Cost is $5. Dinner specials are also available. The restaurant is located at 3801 Highway 73 inside the Ramada Inn Hotel. It's opened daily from 5 a.m. to 9 pm. except on Sundays from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. The restaurant is owned by Darren Johnson, a detective for the Port Arthur Police Department, one of PA's finest.
