KBMT Channel 12 General Manager Mike Elrod (shown here at Ribs & Champagne in May) is the first casualty after the sale of the station to the London Broadcasting Company, a Dallas-based media firm. Sources tell FRONT ROW, representatives of the new company along with the former owner, McKinnon Broadcasting, met with employees recently to talk about the future of the company and introduce new management. For right now, the rest of the staff remains intact. We'll have to wait and see what other changes are coming up. Best wishes to Mr. Elrod.
