Someone once said that being a journalist is like having a front row seat to history. Well, I've been sitting in that seat for more than 15 years and I want to share the view with you. Front Row will keep you informed of what's really going on in your community and across the nation. Send news tips, pictures, or videos to michellemccalope@gmail.com. I'd love to hear from you!

Coach Arthur Louis returning to Ozen
West Brook High School Assistant Football Coach Arthur Louis is going home again. He was recently named assistant principal at Clifton J. Ozen High School in Beaumont. "I'm going back to the neighborhood where I grew up," Louis said. Louis was the first head football coach at Ozen when it opened in 1997. He worked there for five years before leaving to go into administration in Silsbee. He returned to coaching at West Brook so that he could coach his son Christian. Since Christian graduated and is now headed to Lamar University on full scholarship(he's the quarterback of the new football team starting up next year), Louis was looking for a change. He's excited about his new venture. "I feel very blessed and fortunate." We wish him the best!
