Someone once said that being a journalist is like having a front row seat to history. Well, I've been sitting in that seat for more than 15 years and I want to share the view with you. Front Row will keep you informed of what's really going on in your community and across the nation. Send news tips, pictures, or videos to michellemccalope@gmail.com. I'd love to hear from you!

This is going to be a fight," Mayor White told the small crowd that was gathered. "But I think Texas is worth fighting for."
Attendees included Rep. Joe Deshotel, Georgine Guillory, Jason Apodaca, Beverly Hatcher, Gilbert Adams, Jackie Savoy, Mayor Bill White's son, Will, and White's friend and former chief of staff Terence Fontaine.
