Someone once said that being a journalist is like having a front row seat to history. Well, I've been sitting in that seat for more than 15 years and I want to share the view with you. Front Row will keep you informed of what's really going on in your community and across the nation. Send news tips, pictures, or videos to michellemccalope@gmail.com. I'd love to hear from you!

March 2, 2010 Primary Elections!
Election day is tomorrow, March 2. It should be an exciting day. As a reporter, I always looked forward to election night coverage because at the end of the night there will have to be a winner and someone who doesn't fare as well (we were taught never to say loser on election night)...I've already voted! If you haven't, don't forget to do it. There are a lot of hotly contested races. There are a lot of new people facing incumbents so the results should be very interesting. Remember it's your civic duty to vote. And if you don't vote, you can't complain about decisions that are being made. Remember the time to have your voice heard is in the voting booth!
