The moment you walk into "The Grill" by Arfeen, Smith, and Payne, you're transformed from Beaumont to a big-city (think Miami), ultra modern, upscale eatery that features cozy outdoor spaces and a five-star indoor dining area. It's my new favorite spot in Beaumont. You have to check it out! You'll love it. The grill is owned by Lucky Ott Sr. and his son, Lucky Ott Jr. who who formerly owned Poblano Grill. The food is as great as the atmosphere. For appetizers, I had the New Orleans Bar-b-q shrimp and the duck tenders (yes, duck). For dinner, I tried the Chilean Sea Bass with asparagus and garlic rice.
