On Sunday, March 14, a workshop will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church to teach you about important documents that everyone should have in place. The workshop will be held at 6 p.m. You'll learn about:
1. Power of Attorney, 2. Durable Power of Attorney, 3. Medical Power of Attorney 4. Will 5. Living Will or Directive to Physicians, 6. HIPPA Authorization and Waiver and 7. Joint Tenancy.
The guest speakers will be Jefferson County Clerk Carolyn Guidry, and several local attorneys. The event is free and open to the public.
