Morris Carter's Retirement Party
Hundreds gathered to celebrate Morris Carter's retirement from Valero. The party was held at the Pampona Club in Port Neches. It was a touching tribute to honor a great guy in our community. Congratulations Morris! Enjoy your retirement.
