This Friday, April 30th, the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC) is organizing its annual region wide clean up event called the Southeast Texas Outdoor Spring Clean. During this event, area businesses and residents are encouraged to take a small portion of the day to clean up trash and cigarettes from lawns, parking lots, and driveways. Participating businesses will be recognized in advertisements following the event.

The SETRPC is trying to promote this event to all southeast Texas businesses and organizations. Please forward this information to any business or organization you think might be interested in participating. This is a great way for businesses and organizations to be recognized for their efforts in improving the appearance of our community.
